The upcoming single “Hold Me Close” arrives with a short film directed by Theo Marchetti — shot in one Chicago evening, sung in a single take.

The camera never leaves the room: a piano, a curtain of late light, and a vocal that moves from a whisper to a full-room swell. Marchetti, known for his one-evening shoots, asked for no rehearsals — only that the band play the song the way it felt that night.

“We wanted the film to feel the way the song feels,” the director says. “Close, unhurried, and a little brave. She gave us eleven performances and every one of them could have been the record.”

“A ballad that holds you the way its title promises — gently, then all at once.”

The single previews the new album From the Soul and is available to pre-order in all music stores today.

Watch the film, leave a comment, and tell us which lyric stays with you — the band reads every word.
